Inspection
The first thing you should do, if you want to confirm if your property has subterranean termites, is to conduct a thorough inspection of the complete condition of your home.
The first step is to identify subterranean termites through "mud tubes".
Termites build these tubes with soil and fecal material to move from the soil, where they live and nest, to the food source.
If there are mud tubes inside your property, this indicates that we would have to drill,
Reason why is because this is a strong indication that the termites are already inside the foundation of your property and are taking advantage of a crack to
make these mud tubes. Why do we drill? We drill because we must introduce the product into the foundation of your property.
After drilling this creates an entry for our tool which goes inside the hole and then injects the product in all the directions inside the house's foundation.
If the mud tubes are found outside your property trying to enter through a window or a door it is not necessary to make perforations,
if your property has soil around it you can make a trench of at least 5 cm to 10 cm deep and then proceed to inject the product.
If your property is going to be drilled, let us know where the gas, water, energy, or other pipes are located,
if you have the house plans it would be much better to avoid inconveniences during the execution of the service.
